Cross Country Performance Analyst Summary - Jumia Services

Cross Country Performance Analyst will be incharge of reporting and management of JS performance on Key KPIs on daily basis


Main Responsibilities:


  • Performance Management
  • Preparing summary report on all Major KPIs deviations
  • Tracking and monitoring all JS KPI trees across all countries 
  • Preparation and conduct of Monthly review for Jumia Services
  • Project management for Quick turnaround projects
  • Monitoring queues to ensure SLAs are maintained, Preparing daily reports on Incidents/Change/Problem tickets and SLA status 


Required skills & qualifications:


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Logistics- supply chain, Economics, Engineering)
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet etc.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite  – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.


Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 5 years-total experience in sales, operations and/or vendor management, customer contact preferred
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution


Skills and Competences

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, leadership and drive
  • Experience or high level of comfort in logistics operations
  • Experience managing teams or large projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment.
  • Impeccable communication skills (spoken and written)
