Mains Responsabilities :

  •  Reaching your target on number of active vendors on the platform, number of live products , average seller score and vendor satisfaction
  • Functionally managing four sub departments, vendor unversity, vendor relationship management outbound team and acquisition
  • Set up a best in class value proposition to our sellers and customers through « Jumia Express » drive the « Sell on Jumia » brand and marketing strategy
  • Lead the transformation of the vendor expérience through different PMO executed at country level and promotes the Jumia Advantage Program
  • Giving visibility to Jumia‚Äôs Executive committee as well as to your direct report, Jumia Senegal CCO 
  • Others Relations tasks 


A successful candidate will fulfil the following requirements:
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations
  • Structured and organized
  • Very good analytical skills: Have an understanding of budgets and business planning. 
  • Resistant to stress
  • Great ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
  • Flawless English communication

Expected background and technical skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting, e-commerce or top Banks
  • Business Schools & Universities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and google tools
  • Familiar with relationship management tools
