Telesales Regional Manager - Jumia (Full Time)

As Telesales Regional Manager, you will be the responsible of all telesales ("CS Sales") activities of Jumia accross 11 countries. You will manage the overall PnL of the business (revenues and costs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Steer telesales activities performance
  • ​Design and roll out sales improvement initiatives
  • Support local teams in improving performance, profits and cost efficiency
  • Provide tools and processes to steer sales and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design multi-channel marketing actions
  • Collaborate with Tech teams to improve IT tools and develop innovative sales solutions, adapted to the needs of our customers


  • A completed master’s degree from an accredited university; An MBA, Business Management degree or relevant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet etc.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
  • Minimum 3 years telesales experience
  • Strong knowledge base of the industry and marketplace
  • Proven experience in call center
  • Strong sales background and capability
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proactive attitude, entrepreneur, able to work both independently and within a tea
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Fluent in English and French
