Your main responsibilities will be to drive performance management for all countries, undertake budget & cost analytics and drive cost optimisation, own event preparations and performance, and create relevant toolkits. You will be supported by a world-class team that can bring experience and tools to ensure your success.


Main responsibilities:

  • Performance Management


  • Ensure the quality of the measurement of selected KPIs, and regular reporting on the same

  • Perform business modelling, including developing new business models, and analysis to monitor health of business and to facilitate sound business decisions

  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

  • Deep-dive and problem-solve with 11 countries (speaking 3 languages) on their performance over 1000 KPIs

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance review for group management

  • Assign performance management tasks to countries and score the performance improvement


  •       Budget and Cost Management


  • Operational and Financial models like budgeting and cost control, resource planning, monitoring business health, variance analysis, etc.

  • Providing visibility into the performance of the business and proposing new ways data can be explored to improve the profitability of the business

  • Turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions

  • Ensure that all financial processes associated with each financial month, quarter and year end are executed accurately and in a timely manner


  •       Event Planning and Management
  • Coordinate JS planning and execution of commercial events for all countries

  • Establish PMO methodology for event planning and execution

  • Establish milestones to ensure right capacity and flexibility established across JS teams

  • Create tools for planning capacity, monitoring progress in preparation for the event

  • Create dashboards for monitoring performance and backlog during the event

  • Establish a contingency plan to prepare for the worst

  • Work closely with country teams and central stakeholders, gather and structure information to facilitate the work between them


Required skills & qualifications:

  •       Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics); advanced degree preferred but not required

  • Relevant professional certification in Project Management, and/or Data Analytics will be an added advantage

  • Relevant Experience


  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution

  • Demonstrated competency in data reporting and analysis

  • Familiarity with working in a culturally diverse environment

  • Experience working with senior decision makers

  • Relevant Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in flawless English, French, and/or Arabic

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for data modeling and analysis, including advanced knowledge of both Google Spreadsheets and MS Excel

  • Ability to leverage analytical work into action-oriented reporting and plans of action

  • Excellent People, Problem-solving, Time management and Coordination skills
