Consolidation & Reporting Specialist - Jumia (Full Time)

Ensure accounting compliance throughout the consolidation and financial reporting process.

As a Consolidation and Reporting specialist, you will be working directly with the Consolidation Manager. The Group is constantly working on improving its consolidation and reporting process which offers excellent opportunities both in project management and development of consolidation skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monthly consolidations and reporting tasks (communication with local teams, review local packages, booking consolidation adjustments, intercompany reconciliation process, etc.);
  • Substantiating consolidation adjustments and procedures;
  • Assist local finance teams and controllers on IFRS accounting & use of the consolidation tool;
  • You will also assist:
    • on Audit Requests
    • team efforts in other complementary tasks/projects.


  • Degree in Management / Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit / corporate finance / accounting / consolidation in IFRS environment is a plus;
  • English proficiency written and spoken;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Attention to Detail;
  • MS Office proficiency (especially in Excel).
