Head of Vendor Success – Jumia Global

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Jumia Global Vendor Success Dept including vender operation and vendor service & issue resolution team. set up team and function direction and roadmap.
- Solution focus, basing on current vendor issues to map solutions and setup direction, drive the result.
- Monitor and take actions to improve global seller score and ensure vendors are complying our policy. Manage MPDS QC & QA and QMT processes and take the necessary actions for good vendor performance based OOS, Vendor lead-time, product quality and customer rating improvements.
- Setup and streamline daily operation process, review and monitor monthly service achievement, compile statistics report regularly and conduct investigation on key vendor pain points.
- Participate in operations studies to develop new service or change processes to address business needs.
- Prepare procedure manual write up and/or system change as per change in operations requirements, by liaison with related departments.
- Communication with oversea stakeholders for improvement idea and new system feature implementation.

Who we′re looking for:
- More than 5 years relevant experience in B2B B2C, ecommerce and/or related industries, with a proven track record of managing relationships and/or projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (VBA would be plus)
- Ability to analyses large data sets to make strategic decisions
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
